SCPD BAIL AND RATES

If you find yourself in jail please note that if you wish your case to be taken to trial it is on you to set it up with the judge, lawyers and witnesses. All bail is paid and will be deducted from your bank account once the arrest role play is received from the SCPD.

Bail Rates and Fines:

​

Property Damage – 100 (or 2x the value of property damage, (value is at Judge’s discretion.)

Robbery – 200 and 2x the amount stolen, plus suspension of G & D license for 1 week.

Extortion – 200 and 2x the amount extorted, plus suspension of G & D license for 1 week.

Gun / Drug trafficking – 200 plus suspension of G & D license for 1 week.

No valid G & D license while carrying a weapon – 100

Prostitution without permit – 300

Grand Theft Auto – 400 plus suspension of G & D license for 1 week.

Breaking and entering – 500

Murder / Attempted Murder – 500 plus suspension of G & D License for 1week

Assault / Rape – 500 plus suspension of G & D license for 1 week

Forgery / Counterfeiting – 700

Arson / Bombing resulting in property damage – 700

Kidnapping – 700 plus suspension of G & D license for 1 week

Assault / Attempted murder of PD member – 1000 plus suspension of G & D license for 1 week

Assault / Attempted murder of Syn Government – 1000 plus suspension of G & D license for 1 week

Security / Mercenary – 1000 (Full merc licenses will only be given and kept by active players. Full merc role is cleaned out monthly of inactive players. The same applies to Bounty Hunter Licenses below.)
